Delivery Schedule

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

All goods that are dispatched are sent by a Recorded service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbours. This enables a fully discreet service and your confidentiality.

All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All UK orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Business Post Couriers.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched within two working days. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days.

UK
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 1.35kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.

Southern Ireland
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service and unfortunately is charged at a International shipping rates as this is classed as Europe

Europe
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.

Rest of World
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.

UK Delivery charge:-
Up to £20 of goods = £1.80
Up to £50 of goods = £2.30
Up to £80 of goods = £2.80
At this point goods are more often than not are having to be sent by courier so slightly higher charges apply
Up to £120 of goods = £4.00
Up to £160 of goods = £5.75

Remote Location Delivery Charges
It has recently come to our attention that certain areas in the UK cost us a premium to reach by courier. Remote locations in Scotland tend to be the frequent ones. If your parcel requires this additional shipping charge we will advise you by email.

Europe and Southern Ireland Delivery charge *
Up to £20 of goods = £6.00
Up to £50 of goods = £8.00
Up to £80 of goods = £12.00


Rest World *
Up to £20 of goods = £14.00
Up to £50 of goods = £16.00
Up to £80 of goods = £20.00

Returns

Returns are accepted, and full details of how to return your goods will be included in your shipment.

Please send all returns to the address on the invoice or packing slip sent together with the packing slip.

For items that are not broken and that you wish to return the following policy applies.

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day your customer received their order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
